Words from our Pastor

Welcome to The Church of the Good Shepherd, a United Methodist congregation in Vienna, Virginia that has been proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1967.

We are a church that is rooted in Wesleyan theology. It is our belief that God's grace redeems us and propels us into mission as disciples of Jesus Christ. That is to say, God's grace has done something for us and that same grace is doing something through us. We are all called by God to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ in both our words and our deeds.
