The Church of the Good Shepherd is concerned about the safety and wealfare of all of the children involved in the activities and ministries of our organization. We require that all volunteers and paid personnel read over our Child Protection Policy and then to indicate having done so by completing the electronic form on this page.

NOTE: Please read the Child Protection Policy that is attached, as a download, to the bottom of this page. Once you have read the policy complete the electronic form on this page and submit to verify that you have completed the reading.

When you submit the this electronic form the office of Christian Education and discipleship will be notified and a record kept of your name and date of completion.
