Dear Friends and Neighbors,

This booklet of devotions was written by the members and friends of The Church of the Good Shepherd, a United Methodist church in Vienna, Virginia.

This collection of thoughts and prayers speaks in a variety of voices, but each one comes from the heart. Each offers a glimpse into the faith journey of a person seeking to follow Christ. Together, they also reflect the vitality and the extraordinary range of interests and activities of our church family.
We offer this booklet as a gift, hoping that it will help you to experience a holy Lent. Our prayer is that this booklet will aid your reflections as you approach the glory of Easter.

If you do not have a church home, we encourage you to visit us on any Sunday. Our worship services are at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. We especially invite you to join us during Holy Week. We will have special services on Holy Thursday, Good Friday and on Easter Sunday. Please see page 64 or our Web site, www.GoodShepherdVA.com, for further details.
