ALL THE SEASONS

TODAY: This is the first day of spring. Make a list of things you like to do in spring and do one before the sun goes down.

In the winter, there are snowshoe hares running all about. In the winter, children play on the ice and in the snow. In the winter, people come in from the snow and have hot cocoa. In the winter, people watch snow fall from the sky. In the winter, people like catching snow on their tongues. In the winter, there are evergreens that really stand out. In the winter, I like when it snows. In the winter, a special baby, Jesus, was born.

In the spring, I like looking at and smelling flowers. In the spring, it is fun swinging on a swing set. In the spring, it is fun to play baseball. In the spring, I like sitting on my screened-in porch. In the spring, I like playing with my dog, Prince. In the spring, I like lying in the grass. In the spring, I like to look at beautiful trees. In the spring, we celebrate Easter.

In the summer, I like to go swimming. In the summer, it is nice to drink lemonade. In the summer, I like to go to Chautauqua. In the summer, it is fun to play in the sprinkler. In the summer, I like to spend most of my time outside.

In the fall, it is fun to jump in leaves. In the fall (and winter), I like to sit by the fire. In the fall, I like to draw inside. In the fall, it is nice to watch football. In the fall, I like napping a lot. In the fall, I love to eat warm food. In the fall, my family likes and loves Thanksgiving. In the fall, I like to play kickball.
